These terms govern your use of the 4 Seasons Life website and coaching services provided by Jared Cross. By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
4 Seasons Life provides integrated health coaching, including but not limited to: diagnostic testing guidance, nutrition coaching, personal training, breathwork instruction, and lifestyle optimization. Our services are educational and coaching-based — we do not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or prescriptions.
The information provided through our website and coaching services is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not intended as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider before making changes to your health regimen, especially if you have existing medical conditions or are taking medications.
At-home lab tests recommended or facilitated through our services are provided by third-party laboratory partners. We assist in interpreting results within our scope of practice as an Integrated Health Practitioner but do not diagnose medical conditions.
Payment terms, program fees, and refund policies are outlined in your individual coaching agreement. Programs are non-transferable. Refund requests must be made in writing to hello@4seasonslife.ca.
You agree to provide accurate information during intake, communicate openly about your health status, and follow safety guidelines during any training or breathwork sessions. You participate in all physical activities at your own risk.
All content on this website — including text, design, logos, photography, training protocols, and the R.E.B.U.I.L.D. framework — is the property of 4 Seasons Life and may not be reproduced without written permission.
4 Seasons Life and Jared Cross are not liable for any injury, illness, or adverse outcome resulting from following coaching recommendations. You acknowledge that health outcomes vary and are influenced by many factors beyond our control.
